To receive credit approval, you must provide us with a verifiable allotment as soon as possible. Please follow the instructions below to start your savings* allotment. Submit your allotment with a copy of a recent LES.

*Your money goes to a FDIC insured bank and then to a finance company per Government regulations

The bank charges $2 monthly for this service which is deducted from your allotment

You will need the following information to complete your allotment:

1. Type of depositor account/allotment: Savings.

2. Depositor account number: Please use your social security number.

3. Start date: ASAP, but no later than 4 weeks after the date on your purchase agreement.

4. Amount of allotment: No less than the minimum payment for your computer; you are welcome to pay more than the minimum if you wish.

FINANCE OFFICE ALLOTMENT

Most US military can start an allotment through their finance office using Form SF1199A.

You can access a copy of the form with our routing information on it here. Print the form, fill in the remaining information, and bring it to your finance office. Even if they happen to use a different form, completing this one beforehand will ensure that you go there with all the information you need.

If you are unable to print the form, simply copy down items 1 - 6 under Allotment Information (above) and bring the information to your finance office.

If you have any problems, please contact us or seek assistance from the clerk at your finance office. For verification purposes, please include the name and civilian office phone number of the clerk who assisted you when you submit your allotment to us.

ONLINE ALLOTMENT

If you have an account with myPay, you may start your allotment online.

Go to myPay (http://emss.dfas.mil/mypay.asp) and fill out an online allotment using the Allotment Information above. After completing the form, you can print the page and fax it to us, or you can e-mail it— either copy and paste the page into an e-mail message, or use the "Send Page" command under the e-mail button on the Internet Explorer toolbar.
