How long does it take until I receive my computer system?

Credit approval usually takes 24 hours.  The allotment forms can be completed in 24-48 hours.  At that time, your computer system will then be shipped to your within two weeks.

When will I receive my new computer system?

Standard delivery time is 7-14 days. A benefit of purchasing your new computer system from Computer Connection is that we ship to any APO address anywhere in the world. To do so, we must use the U.S. Postal Service and the Military Postal Service, which has no tracking system. However, all shipments are fully insured, so there is no risk of financial loss in the unlikely event that an item should be mislaid en route. In such a case, we'll simply replace your computer once you've filed a claim with the USPS. One final note: To accommodate the speakers, gaming systems are shipped in three boxes. It's not unusual for these boxes to get separated during shipment and arrive on different days-so if you don't receive all of them at once, please allow a few more days for the rest to arrive.
